Returned call promptly
I am writing this email as an fyi. I have been trying to replace a part for my Kichler fixtures that I purchased Jan 2006. In many cases, when I called a place or emailed a business that advertised replacement parts, I was told if I hadn’t purchased the light from them they couldn’t get parts for me. If I did find a business either local or internet that said they would get me the part but they needed to call the manufacturer for info then they would never return my call and just left me hanging.
Through persistence I kept searching for the part as it protects a pricey light bulb that I kept having to replace as moisture from the bathroom caused it to burin out twice since we’ve had it.
I luckily contacted lbclighting and they were helpful enough to look up the part I asked for and actually called me back with a price. Anytime I called them they always return my call promptly. Great customer service from the staff. — Fran, Weare, NH
